10x breakfast smoothies

During the summer I love to make breakfast smoothies. Mix frozen fruit with kale or spinach and you start the day with a good shot of vitamins. Add a banana, non fat quark and oats to every smoothie to make it more filling. Don’t forget to vary; here you’ll find 10 ways to prepare your breakfast smoothie. Enjoy!
1. Avoberry
Breakfast Smoothie 1
1 banana, 3 tablespoons of non fat quark, 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 avocado, a handful of frozen strawberries and a (less big) handful of spinach
2. Plum
Breakfast Smoothie 2
3 tablespoons of non fat quark, 3 tablespoons of oats, 3 (soft) plums, a hand full of frozen blackberries and a (less big) handful of kale. Top with coconut flakes
3. Cape Gooseberry
Breakfast Smoothie 4
1 banana, 3 tablespoons of non fat quark, 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 cup of AH frozen superfruit (mix of blueberries, blackberries and cape gooseberries) and a handful of kale
4. Mangocado
1 banana, 3 tablespoons of non fat quark, 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 avocado, 1 cup of frozen mango and a handful of spinach. Linseeds and pumpkinseeds on top
5. Popeye
1 banana, 3 tablespoons of non fat quark, 3 tablespoons of oats, a cup full of frozen mango and a handful of kale.
6. Purple Rain
Breakfast Smoothie 5
1 banana, 2 tablespoons of non fat quark, 2 tablespoons of oats, 1/2 avocado, 1/2 nectarine, a handful of frozen blueberries and a (less big) hand full of kale. Top with coconut flakes
7. Green almond
1 banana, 3 tablespoons of non fat quark, 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 avocado, 1 cup of frozen mango and a handful of kale. Coconut flakes and almonds on top
8. Creamy pineapple
1 banana, 3 tablespoons of non fat quark, 2 tablespoons of oats, 2 nectarines and 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
9. Fruity summer
breakfast smoothie
1 banana, 2 tablespoons of non fat quark, 2 tablespoons of oats, 1 cup of frozen redfruit (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) and a handful of spinach.
10. Melón
1 banana, 3 tablespoons of non fat quark, 3 tablespoons of oats and 1 cup of melon (cut it into parts)
