Whenever I need to week up earlier than normally, I prep overnight oats the night before. Mix 5 tablespoons of oats with 1/2 cup of milk (or non fat quark + some water) and 2 tablespoons of seeds and put in a big glass. Add some cinnamon for extra flavour. Put it in the fridge for one night so that oats will get soaky. Perfect pre-workout breakfast! Add: organic coconut milk instead of normal milk and mix the oats with frozen red fruit
