5x porridge

Porridge with warm red fruit, dark chocolate flakes or grilled figs. Oatmeal is for me definitely the best option to start the day with. Especially during the winter when it’s freezing cold outside and you need to start the day with something warm in your tummy. Although it’s easier to prepare it the same way everyday, there are a lot of options to bring this brekky to a higher level. Enjoy
Recipe for plain porridge: combine 1 cup of oats and 2 cups of milk or water (or mixed) in a pot over medium-low heat. Stir frequently till it becomes a thick substance. Add agave syrup or honey if your prefer it a bit sweeter.
